Precisionweightloss aims to provide the highest standards of medical care to patients          through our online services. All online consultations have the same level of confidentiality as you have in face-to-face consultations.

Our online services are safe, discreet and convenient. If it is medically safe, suitable patients will receive their prescription conveniently in the post and it can be used in any Irish pharmacy.

All of our doctors who write prescriptions live and work in Ireland. Dr Sylvester Mooney is the Precisionweightloss Medical Director. Dr Mooney is a GP with over 25 years experience. He is registered with the Irish Medical council, number 010015.

Our medical questionnaire is identified as a Class 1 medical device under rule 11 of Annex VIII of EU Regulation 2017/745 (Medical Device Regulations)

Where can I use this service?

This service is only available to people physically located in the Republic of Ireland. We also receive and deliver to other parts of Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.

Online consultation

Our online consultation takes only a few minutes to complete. As in face-to-face consultations, the medical history that you provide is a very crucial component in helping assess if it is both safe and suitable to issue you with a prescription for medication. We rely on your honest answers to be able to prescribe safely for you.

Buying medicines

To order your medication, locate the Shop Now button and follow the necessary procedures to place an order. Endeavor to reach out to our customer service incase you need help.

Pricing

Precisionweightloss is an online only business. For this reason our costs are less and we pass these savings on to you by offering competitive prices. All of our pricing is clearly displayed on the website. Prices include post and packaging. There are no hidden fees. 

Refunds

A full refund will be made if our doctors deem you not medically suitable. In such cases our doctors will recommend a face-to-face consultation with your local GP or alternatively Webdoctor.ie can recommend a GP convenient to you.

Delivery

Once you have completed your online consultation it will be reviewed by one of our doctors at Precisionweightloss. Consultations submitted over the weekend or bank holiday will be reviewed the next working day.

A prescription will be sent by post if you are medically suitable. We aim to have your prescription with you within three days however this may vary depending on the postal service in your area. All packaging is discreet.

Feedback and complaints

Feedback and complaints can be made in writing to Webdoctor Data Manager, Precisionweightloss, 20 Knockmeenagh Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and can expect a full response within 10 working days.
